Bulgaria Ranks 41st in Competitiveness news.bg - 2007/5/9
In 2007 Bulgaria ranks 41st in international competitiveness among 55 states, informed BTA.

Bulgaria is included for the second time in the annual ranking of the economies' competitiveness – The Yearbook of World Competitiveness'2007 of the International Institute for Management Development, which is published since 1989.

The yearbook benchmarks the performance of national and regional economies based on 312 criteria measuring different facets of competitiveness.

With its 41st place Bulgaria is ahead of Italy, Romania, Ukraine, Turkey, Poland and Croatia.
