In Bulgaria, the international conference organised by the Center for the Study of Democracy (CSD) is continuing. The talks started Thursday and this Friday will see the participation of the Secretary General of NATO, Lord George Robertson. The conference is entitled Shaping a Common Security Agenda for South-Eastern Europe: new approaches and shared responsibilities.
